The habi-sabi bat box is a new support system for vulnerable bat colonies in our cities. Made in London from an innovative and sustainable material, which takes the waste insulation that was once in our walls, cars and fridges and transforms it into a safe and stable sheet material.

The habi-sabi bat box has two 20mm deep chambers which allow the bats to regulate their temperature by choosing either a warmer or cooler chamber. The bat box provides a 15mm space between the wall and bat box which may also be used of roosting and shelter.
This unique bat box is:
- Simple to construct in under 5 minutes with no nails or screws
- Based on the successful Kent bat box design
- Lightweight and designed for attaching to exterior walls
- External dimensions are 51cm long x 19cm wide x 10.5cm deep.
- There are two internal chambers - 23 cm long x 14cm wide x 2cm deep and 35 cm long x 14 cm wide x 2 cm deep

Our boxes are easily assembled in under 5 minutes. All you need is some sand paper. Your box comes with an assembly manual but in case it's lost it you can download it here.
